The Bedrooms of The Emig Mansion  

The bedrooms in the Emig Mansion are tastefully furnished to reflect an era that was beautiful with a distinctive style.  Each room captures the feeling of the Victorian times.  One of our guests described it this way,

"We have just spent three wonderful days here.  I feel as if I have gone back in time to another world led and guided by the warm, embracing spirit of this house.  In every place one looks, there is something new to see surrounded by the memories of those long gone, but still lingering in the aura of the possessions that remain.  Our hostess and host, Shary and Wade were warm, generous and sharing giving us the feeling of basking in the hospitality of a time long past!  Visiting the Emig Mansion is more than just coming to another place; it brings the visitor to another time.  Thank you"  TT, N. Emig Room ~ Features the original furniture from the John Emig Estate. Cosy twin beds with a view of the west gardens. Features five closets where the dresses of the Emig daughters once hung. *




Gold Room ~ Double bed with carved oak Amish details. Gold and amber Italian tile surround the fireplace.*





Green & Purple Room  ~ Single Queen bed surrounded by antique furniture with a view of the west gardens and century old trees. Green and lavender Italian tile surrounds the fireplace. *




Second floor bath  ~ Vintage fixtures and a claw foot bath surrounded by hand painted tile.


  *  this bathroom serves the second floor. The third floor rooms have private baths. There is also an extra common bath on the third floor
