All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional overnight guests are $25 per person per night. A reservation is not completed until a confirmation is sent by the Inn by email or phone call. Online reservations can be made through our website at the "Availability and Reservations" page. Rates published online are only for the current calendar year. A two-night minimum is required on weekends from April 1 through November 30 and other special weekends or events. A one-night stay will be considered upon request by phone.
A 100% deposit is required for a one-night stay and a 50% deposit is required for a multiple night stay. The deposit is taken at the time of the reservation and is refundable, subject to our cancellation policies (below).
A $25 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. Guests are responsible and liable for the entire booking if canceled 14 days or less, non-arrival or early departure unless the room can be rebooked by another guest.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. If we can accommodate an earlier arrival, we gladly will. If your room is not yet available we will be happy to store your bags at no charge to you. Check-ins after 7:00 pm are by prior arrangement or emergency only. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee.
Guests may use the Inn's private upper lot marked spaces for parking.
The Emig Mansion is an entirely non-smoking facility. A fee of one night's room rate will be charged for smoking in the home, guest room or property. Responsible smoking is allowed on the grassy area above parking lot only. Please use receptacles provided.
Lighted candles are not permitted in guest rooms or decks.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, we do not allow pets in guest rooms or on the property of the Inn. Service animals are welcome to accompany guests with disabilities. Owners must be responsible for their animals at all times.
Gift certificates are available on our website HERE
and upon request. They must be redeemed within one year from date of purchase. The certificate holder may be responsible for taxes and rate increases.
